The objective of UNSW’s MNGT5522 course is to provide MBA students with the knowledge and skills to successfully initiate, analyse, evaluate and implement M&A transactions. The course explores the development and execution of transactions including business acquisitions, takeovers, divestments, and initial public offerings.
