Ramboll is using two of Prendo’s simulations (‘schola’ and ‘spatium’) as part of Ramboll’s Project Excellence Practitioner Training. The simulations enable Ramboll staff to develop a range of project management skills that are relevant to Rambøll’s project management functional capabilities.
Participants are encouraged to apply Ramboll’s Project Excellence Life Cycle (PELC) to the simulated projects, identifying the benefits and making a realistic business case, then planning and executing the project; so they manage the “virtual project” from initiation to completion, but in an environment where mistakes do not cost Ramboll or its clients anything!
